Cancel or change an order

Before dispatch

WhatsApp 0346 5002049 with your order number and say whether you want to cancel or change the order. We can usually help before the parcel is handed to the courier. Your request is confirmed by the shop; sending a message alone is not confirmation that dispatch has stopped.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to stop it. Contact us so we can check the courier status. If you need to return an eligible unused item after delivery, follow our returns policy.

Custom work

For stringing, personalised trophies, cut nets or other custom work, tell us before work begins. The shop confirms any work already completed and what can still be changed.

Orders we cannot fulfil

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a pricing or address issue, we contact you. We do not substitute a different item or charge a different price without your agreement. Any payment already received is handled directly with you.
