Shere-e-Dinga shape guarantee

Our own Shere-e-Dinga shooting volleyball is sold with a shape guarantee from Zameer Sports. If the ball loses its shape during normal shooting-volleyball play, stop using it and contact the shop with your order number, clear photos and a short explanation of what happened.

We inspect the issue and confirm the remedy with you. Please keep the ball and do not attempt a repair before speaking to us. The guarantee is not a promise that a leather ball can never wear, be punctured or be damaged by sharp surfaces, misuse or unsuitable inflation. Ask the shop to explain the guarantee before buying if you need a particular assurance.

Zameer Legend bats

Zameer checks each bat’s balance, press and pickup before dispatch. The Zameer Legend listed here is for tape-ball cricket, not hard-ball cricket. If you notice a fault, contact us before further play.

Badminton frames & stringing

String tension must suit the specific frame. Stringing is available at the shop. We agree the tension after checking your frame; a frame rated below 44 lb must stay within its own limit. We confirm the frame, string, tension, service price and applicable guarantee before work starts. Bring your own frame to the shop for advice.

Other brands

Manufacturer cover varies by brand and model. Ask us before ordering if a manufacturer warranty is important to your choice.

How to ask for help

Send your order number, product name and photographs on WhatsApp. For an in-store purchase, provide the receipt or enough purchase details for us to locate the sale. We will explain the next step before you send an item back.
