What we collect

At checkout we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, city, delivery address, order notes, selected products and payment choice. We keep order numbers, totals, timestamps and fulfilment status. We do not collect payment-card numbers.

Product ratings

If you submit a rating, we store your display name, star score, optional review and submission time. Approved feedback is shown publicly on the product page. Contact the shop to request a correction or removal. Avoid putting your phone number or address in a review.

How we use it

We use order information to confirm purchases, arrange delivery, provide tracking, process returns and handle support. If you provide an email address, we send order confirmations and status changes. Transactional emails are sent through our hosting email provider; they are not marketing subscriptions. The courier receives the information needed to deliver your parcel. Hosting providers process information needed to operate the store. We do not sell customer details.

Browser storage and security

Your bag is kept on your device for up to 30 days. Recently viewed items are also kept on that device. Essential session cookies support secure forms and admin access. Short-lived network identifiers may be used to limit repeated login, checkout or tracking attempts. We use protected admin access and secure connections, but no online service can promise absolute security.

How long we keep records

Order records are kept for fulfilment, support, returns and required business records. We review deletion requests against any records we still need to keep. Clearing your browser removes local bag and recently viewed data; it does not delete an order already placed.

Other services

Opening WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook or TikTok takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Sending a WhatsApp order is your choice. The shop does not automatically send a message on your behalf.

Your requests

Contact us to ask what order information we hold, correct an address or request deletion. We may ask for enough information to verify that the order is yours. Avoid sending card details or unnecessary sensitive information in order notes.
