Products and prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees. A price is for one item unless the listing clearly says it is a pack or set. Product images show the item or range. Colours may differ slightly on screen. Ask before ordering if an exact colour, weight or other detail is essential.

Placing an order

No account is required. Give accurate contact and delivery details. Saving an order creates a request for the shop to fulfil. We call or WhatsApp to confirm the order, availability and any selected options before dispatch. We will ask before making a substitution or correcting a pricing error.

Payment and delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in Pakistan. Free delivery on orders above Rs 5,000. For other orders, the delivery charge depends on the parcel and is confirmed with you before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed appointment times. Bank transfers and international orders are arranged with the shop.

Returns, cancellations and guarantees

Read our returns and refunds, cancellation and product guarantee pages before purchase. These explain how to contact us and which details we need to inspect an issue. They do not exclude rights that apply under law.

Safe and suitable use

Use equipment for its stated sport and purpose. Tape-ball bats are not hard-ball bats. Follow the frame’s safe string tension and the product’s care instructions. Speak to the shop if you are unsure which item is suitable.

Questions and changes

The current terms are shown on this page. Contact us with an order number if you need help with an earlier purchase. We handle individual order issues directly with the buyer.
